I wish more people knew this and I wish I lived this way more often.
Another wonderful cure for terrible moods is to get out of your depression cave and go do something for someone else.
It's probably the last thing anyone wants to do but still. If you can drag someone out of the house and make them wash your friends care with you it'll improve their mood dramatically.
Sunshine is magic too. If you're in a bad mood go outside and fry your pupils.
